first_imgYuvraj Singh threw post-retirement party on Saturday night in Mumbai which turned out to be a star-studdded affair with several celebrities from cricket and Bollywood fraternity gracing it.Yuvraj Singh, India’s 2011 World Cup hero, announced his retirement from international cricket and the Indian Premier League earlier this month. The 37-year-old all-rounder had a celebrated career wherein he represented India in 40 Tests, 304 ODIs and 58 T20Is scoring more than 10,000 international runs.Yuvraj Singh’s former India teammates Shikhar Dhawan, Mohammad Kaif, Zaheer Khan, Ashish Nehra and Ajit Agarkar were spotted at the party on Saturday. Dhawan, who was ruled out of World Cup 2019 with a thumb injury, was seen at the party with a casting on his hand. With a go-ahead from the apex body of Indian cricket, Yuvraj is all set to represent Toronto Nations in the 2nd edition of Global T20 League Canada, starting July 25 in Brampton.Yuvraj had said that he wanted to play some “fun cricket” in the near future when he announced his retirement. “I want to play T20 cricket. At this age I can manage to play some kind of fun cricket.
